Donation Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting our mission to give back to the animals that need it most. As part of our commitment, we pledge to donate $1 to the Michigan Humane Society (or another designated animal welfare organization) for every purchase made on our website. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions governing our donation process.

1. Donation Commitment For each completed purchase made on our website, we will allocate $1 towards a monthly donation to the Michigan Humane Society. This contribution applies to all qualifying transactions, excluding purchases that are canceled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent.
2. Donation Schedule Donations are collected throughout each calendar month and will be aggregated into a single lump-sum donation, which will be made at the end of the month. The donation will be submitted within 3 business days following the close of the calendar month.
3. Proof of Donation We understand the importance of transparency in our charitable giving. Customers may request proof of donation by emailing [email protected] after the end of each donation cycle. Proof will be provided in the form of a receipt, confirmation letter, or other valid documentation from the recipient organization. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing such requests.
4. Donation Recipient & Changes While we currently designate the Michigan Humane Society as the beneficiary of our donations, we reserve the right to change the recipient organization at our discretion. Any such changes will be reflected in an update to these terms and on our website.
5. Limitations & Conditions

Donations apply only to purchases completed through our official website and do not include purchases made through third-party retailers.
We do not provide customers with tax receipts for the donated amounts, as these donations are made by our business and not by individual customers.
The donation amount is fixed at $1 per purchase and is not subject to increases based on order value or additional purchases within the same transaction.
If, for any reason, the designated charity is unable to accept donations, we will select another comparable nonprofit organization supporting animal welfare.

6. Modifications to Donation Terms We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this donation program at any time, with or without prior notice. Any updates to these terms will be reflected on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
